A morning farm tour and evening Glow-worm tour is available as is guided hunting and fishing.
Located at the northern gateway to the Glacier region of the West Coast, Wapiti Park Homested is an ideal location/base from which to explore the Glacier Region and the whole of the West Coast on day trips. Minimum 2 night stay is recommended.

Situated on the southern boundary of Hari Hari, Wapiti Park Homestead is described by many as a luxury lodge at an affordable price, offering guests the choice of dinner, bed and breakfast, or bed and breakfast accommodation.
The lodge is set up with ample room for personal space and areas to relax. Apart from its spacious bedrooms, there are two lounges, a trophy/game room, and a variety of outdoor areas.
The lodge has five spacious bedrooms, all tastefully and individually decorated to reflect their names - Rose, Oak, Camellia, Fern and Iris. King or super king/twin superior comfort beds with sheepskin underlay and electric blankets are standard in all rooms, as are a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, television, fresh flowers, fruit bowl, and hand made chocolates. The bathrooms all have a heated towel rail, demist mirror, a range of toiletries, hair dryer, and bathrobes. Full laundry facilities are available. Unfortunately the lodge is unsuitable for children under 12 years.
The Rooms
The Rose
A ground floor room facing west which opens out on to a wide verandah where guests can sit and enjoy views of the rose garden. It has a king/double bed and ensuite bathroom with spa bath, separate shower, and separate toilet.
The Oak
A large spacious room on the first floor with direct access to a balcony giving westerly views over the gardens and the elk farm. It has a king/double and a single bed, and is furnished with antique oak furnishings. It is served by a standard ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
The Camellia
An east facing room with a small standard ensuite built in, this room is a favourite with guests because of its more intimate feel. Furnished and decorated in predominantly red tonings, it has a super-king/twin bed plus single, and can therefore be used as a triple if required.
The Fern
Furnished in green tonings, this spacious room has a westerly aspect providing views over the deck, gardens and out to the farm. It has a super-king/twin bed, and is served by its own private bathroom complete with bath with shower over. Click here to make a reservation.
The Iris
A smaller ground floor room adjacent to the Rose room. These two are often used by family groups. It enjoys the same views and access to the verandah and gardens. The room has a super-king/twin bed, is decorated in blue tonings, and the bathroom facilities can accommodate the disabled.

Location Description
Located at Hari Hari on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. Situated at the gateway to South Westland's Glacier Region.
Lodge is in a rural setting just outside the southern boundary of Hari Hari town boundary on the western side of State Highway 6 - look for the sign.
