We were told we were in for a treat coming here, but it is well beyound our expectations. We loved it here so much, this is the most lovely spot in NZ!

Rooms have private verandas/patios opening onto a large garden.
Views beyond to the mountains & sea.
Rooms are spacious & luxuriously appointed, to ensure guests feel both indulged & at home.
Toiletries, bathrobes, hair dryers, heaters, electric blankets, tea & coffee making facilities, home made cookies, chocolates & complimentary port are all included.
Our lounge offers an inviting open fire, bookcase (of New Zealand reference, as well as light reading & magazines), piano, guitar, CD player, TV & games.
Let us introduce you to our favourite New Zealand wines, with our wine list. A selection of soft drinks, spirits & local beer is also available.
Original New Zealand artworks decorate the lodge & some are available for sale.

Espresso coffee & a vast range of teas are on offer.
Kaikoura has some fantastic restaurants, with something for everyone. We can give recommendations & book tables for you.
A perfect place to unwind, guests can enjoy a stroll in the garden, landscaped with native & English plantings, a game of tennis, petanque or croquet. Mountain bikes & golf clubs are available for guest use.
Bonnie our sheep dog would love to take you for a walk & show you how she works sheep.
